Some portraits

“Children ask better questions than adults. "May I have a cookie?" "Why is the sky blue?" and "What does a cow say?" are far more likely to elicit a cheerful response than "Where's your manuscript?" Why haven't you called?" and "Who's your lawyer?"”

  1. Ah, very good pictures!
Children are not easy to photograph (they are not easy to paint)
although they are always photogenic with a natural expression.
questions that children make are the right questions are questions that build ... questions that adults do, destroy...
you imagine, when a child paints a green sun, and an adult asks, "Child, why paint the sun green? Do not you know that the sun is yellow?"
(this adult destroyed the creativity of that child for the rest of his life)

    I have a question:
    Louise has a bikini?

  3. @ Roberto: exactly, you make a good point. There are indeed many adults killing the children's creativity. I do not know if it is difficult to take a picture of children. Frankly told, I find it more easy than adults. They never force me to photoshop their wrinkles, they never ask of their hair look good and they never ask of the layer of make -up is not too exaggerated.....
Once I photographed a young lady with bunch of her family. Later she asked me of I could erase one of her brothers, he was not "suitable" for the family portrait!!!! ( I , of course, refused to do that....)
    Thanks for your visit!

  6. Hooooo these photos portraits are just beautiful!! I love how you captured the moment. Yes, very true, children have the best questions of all!! (And sometimes finding the answers is not that easy hehehe) I am ashamed to say that I have answered "Wait... I will google it!" :) They are so amazing, so into the moment.
